How do I request a price match?
Simply email proof of the offer and the website link you purchased from to info@freshmeals2u.com.au, either before purchase or up to 7 days after delivery and we will match it.
Once your price match request is verified and the competitor's product is confirmed as being in stock, and available for immediate sale using the same online and delivery method, Fresh Meals 2 U will happily beat the price and place the difference in credit on your account for future orders.
What are we comparing?
Packaged meals that are over 300g. To beat our offer the individual meal cost would need to be under $9.95 per meal plus free delivery based on a minimum 6 meal purchase, with a meal weight over 300g.
What are the exclusions?
- Products already on special (must be a full priced item)
- Excludes family meals, snacks and sides (only valid on main meals)
- Competitor offers which include cash back, bonus, bulk purchase, meal plans quantity limits or packages
- Offers that are not available to the public, including wholesale
- Ready meals sold anywhere other than online for home delivery
- Pricing errors
Example:
Purchasing from a competitor - 7 meals at $10.50 + delivery fee $10 = $83.50
Purchasing from Fresh Meals 2 U - 7 meals at $9.95 + delivery fee $4.95 = $74.65
