Getting this recipe just right requires quality ingredients which is why we start with locally made wheat pasta, farm fresh eggs, freshly grated cheese and quality bacon. The pasta is simmered to Al dente perfection then tossed in our creamy mushroom sauce (can’t forget the garlic onion and herbs) then topped with bacon and grated parmesan.
